To many sleep is a form of recuperation, to others physical exertion meets the same end, to others still talking serves the same purpose. Here is what I call relaxtion...

On Dreams
[Listening to: Sweet Dreams - Eurythmics - (4:52)]
Dreams are just what they are, dreams. They are inconsquential, random images recieved in a weakend and unaware state. They are the stuff of imagination, the highest and most vivid manifestation of mankind's creative capabilities. If one were to say that any correlation exists between an actual event or a past sensory experience and the experience of a dream then one would be standing on weak grounds. This is all I have to say.

GOODBYE
Mindsets crippled, burgeoing burdens removed, the list prolonged,
We saw the sunrise bathed in it across the land to see it set,
Make our way to its graveyard, we walk the steady gait,
The fire has been left burning, the mind red with blood,
I am sorry, I have to leave, give in, let you down,
But do not go yonder my friend, I have tried to warn,
A feeling so intense, wish there were words for it,
Like the instant before you lose balance, on the rocking chair,
That mother used to sing to you in, that broke a year ago, now lies,
In the basement of your wordly wealth decaying forevermore,
Goodbye my friend I must make my way back, the other path,
Holds something I left behind, would have liked to stay,
Fear I might not last the journey back, I chose this fate,
Sorry to have dragged you along,
So sorry to be leaving you now,
So sorry to leave you alone.....

I drove my car off a hill,
Full of fury, rage and a will,
From among the crowd,
I wanted to be heard,
Now my radiator's busted,
Driving no longer trusted,
Walk away from the wreck,
Draw another one from the pack,
Thinking while I light,
Should have taken a right.
Full of fury, rage and a will,
From among the crowd,
I wanted to be heard,
Now my radiator's busted,
Driving no longer trusted,
Walk away from the wreck,
Draw another one from the pack,
Thinking while I light,

THE KING
But you based all your lies,
On a certain set of rules,
The rules do not apply, you are at a loss,
When the worlds see you for you, the shields all around,
The walls come down, cascading, you feel aroused,
There is something that has caught, the attention of the crowd,
There stands among them,
A man so strong, pride and honor his crown,
Yet he seems so weak, standing naked, standing down,
What has become of his rings and his robes. Is this the King?
One can hardly bear, to hear the stricken man cry,
Why wont someone bring, a little wine or a little drink,
So that we may revive, the honor of the king,
Must we do what we do and appease him,
There are waters flowing elsewhere, where the maidens also sing,
There is a path by the shadows,
Which will take us there. Must we take it?
You seriously doubt, your nation could sing,
Another chorus for your highness,
Something sweet and melodious to soothe you,
Something does belong to the people that you took,
The jury has come to settle once and for all,
But you are dying, in your grave,
Your words do not suffice, the rules have been crossed,
So the day has come, when the star shall fall,
Into a spiral of his time,
Leading down to a pit misty, dark and dim,
But you are sound, for the sun goes down,
The moon does not bloom, forever,
Witty be the man who started your cycle,
Silent but strong be the minister who bid you go,
See the tears on their cheeks,
The guards being called,
When the silence is broken,
You are no more.

FOR
I am standing still, taking in every moment,
Cherishing the thought, explicity stating it,
I may have sold my freedom, my will with it,
Bound by a single strand straying from its essence,
There are places worse off then here, I choose to stay,
I feel a pulse going down my beat, inside me,
I will strive for a while never take my eyes away,
Still I will not believe I am here in this place,
My thoughts are not my own, I am a pet to be led,
I hand over all control, just dont let go,
Mesmerized by a shining star, twinkling so bright,
May the malignance be a blot, I will reach,
This crowd cannot be right, this cannot be wrong,
Just keep me close, I will not survive,
Without a touch or a whisper, let me try,
Dazzling dream do not go, I have yet to feel,
Do you carry within nuances you do not like,
Or afraid to take a leap where two must fall,
I do not yield to weakness of that kind,
Let them all be left behind, stray away for me,
Let us walk, through it all like the stars,
Living among our kind, shining our own light,
Silence will betray, your going astray,
I will not ask, waiting to be told,
I am reaching wont you make up your mind,
Let the truth be known, mine you can divine....

Soothing silence uttering demoness,
Where have you gone too, left me,
I need your help please, I want you here!
My thoughts are creeping up on me,
I will not face them here not now,
Will you not come, I hail no hurry,
Watching this carnage me and mine,
But times have changed, grown past,
We were close once, left the hold,
Who to blame, where to put the shame,
Released from it , we felt relieved,
This parasitic symbolism doing us in,
Soothing silence uttering demoness,
Where have you gone too, left me,
I need your help please, I want you here!
My thoughts are creeping up on me,
I will not face them here not now
Where have you gone too, left me,

WHAT
Wouldn't you like to give me a clap now,
Give me my worth shut me up good,
Drag some blood from your veins,
Or take mine who here cares,
Its not like Budapest or a crime,
When nothing is clear, you all whine,
Why Im just another one, nothing,
Nobody disappointing you,
Anybody running circles around you,
Do I estrange you? Beguile you?
Is it working now? At last?
You dont, you never could,
Too stark for words now,
Take your cup go away,
I feel no time now,
I see no time now
Wouldn't you like to give me a clap now,
Give me my worth shut me up good,
Drag some blood from your veins,
Or take mine who here cares,
Its not like Budapest or a crime,
When nothing is clear, you all whine,

HIGHER
You're hurting now, feeling the pain seep through,
Troubles stepped through, long gone and forsaken,
Left behind void and hopeful, gleeful and mesmerized,
Try to remember, what passed over you, try to comprehend,
Stipulating, iterating among the events of the day,
What is life but the choices you made, the consequences you bore,
Beautiful things, surreal things, so many things,
Pieces of wood, pieces of stone, all something combined,
Try if you can, try if you still can, try if you still remember,
What was said, what was done, what has now passed,
I doubt it tough, I serously do that a wandering moment,
Would stick on the canvas of your reality,
Perplex you so, undo your armor, bring you down,
It was worth a try tough, worth a moment's lapse,
At least you thought, even tough for a moment,
Not your fault altogether, being fixed in this place,
Maybe when you next break free
Your journey will be higher...
